365-day warranty: Eligible manufacturing defects and workmanship issues are covered for 365 days after delivery.
For illuminated signs, eligible LED components and power adapters are also covered during this period. After reviewing the issue, we may provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.
Design Proof Assurance
After payment, we normally send a digital design proof within 24 hours. Production begins after the design is approved.
If we do not receive a response within 3 days after sending the proof, we may proceed with production using the proof provided.

All products are custom-made and shipped from China using a trackable carrier. Normal processing and production time is 7–10 business days.
Standard shipping is free to the United States, Canada, and Australia. We cover the standard shipping cost and applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged for delivery.

Founded in 2021, our brand is more than just a business—it’s a heartfelt family endeavor. We are a family of four: my mother-in-law, father-in-law, my husband, and me. Our journey began with a simple yet inspiring moment.
One day, my husband came across a glowing metal plate. Mesmerized by its beauty, he rushed home, eager to share his excitement. His enthusiasm sparked curiosity in my mother-in-law, who, after much thought and research, transformed this idea into reality—creating our very first illuminated house number sign.
With a stainless steel powder-coated shell and carefully arranged LED strips inside, the sign emitted a soft, radiant glow when powered on. After further refining the design, my mother-in-law made a breakthrough—replacing a section of the back panel with translucent acrylic. This innovation allowed the numbers to shine with a beautiful backlit effect, making them even more elegant and visible.
Though we are a small workshop, every piece we create is handmade with precision, care, and passion. We take pride in our craftsmanship, ensuring each product is not only functional but also a work of art.
